Hi, I’m Nathália! I’m originally from Brazil but have been living in Portugal for the past 8 years, after spending 3 wonderful years in Ireland. My academic journey began with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Tourism, followed by professional training in Technology. I later pursued a postgraduate degree in Applied Digital Marketing at ISCTE, where I had the opportunity to learn from some of Portugal’s top marketing professionals who work with leading companies.

My journey into marketing started in 2015, when I began working on my own projects. Although I achieved some success, I decided to pause and further my qualifications to return with more up-to-date knowledge and a stronger foundation. This break allowed me to come back equipped with an excellent background and new insights into the latest marketing trends and strategies.

In addition, I specialise in Email Marketing and Marketing Automation, where I create personalised and scalable campaigns that engage audiences at every stage. With a strong emphasis on Reports and Data Analysis, I ensure that every strategy is data-backed, delivering measurable results and continuous optimisation for long-term success.

Since 2022, I have been specialising in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, working for an international consultancy. During this time, I have supported both national and international clients in industries such as Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Retail. I hold all official Salesforce marketing certifications, allowing me to design and implement seamless customer journeys that boost engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
